Before founding Hearthguard Home Concierge, Matthew built his reputation in two demanding fields where reliability and attention to detail are not optional — they are everything.
His background in security and policing instilled a sharp eye for risk, a calm and methodical approach to problems, and an unwavering commitment to the safety of the people and properties in his care. The same discipline and discretion that defined his work in uniform are the foundation upon which Hearthguard is built.
Matthew also brings hands-on expertise from years working in the trades as a siding installer on new build construction projects — an environment where precision matters, where no detail is too small, and where cutting corners simply isn't an option. That experience gave him something most home service professionals don't have: the ability to look at a property and immediately recognize what's right, what's off, and what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
